The Elizabethan mathematician, astrologer and seeker after miracles, John Dee, believed that angels communicated with him through this polished obsidian mirror. I'm not impressed with the angelic messages recorded by John Dee. I think he was tricked by his assistant. However his children, Arthur and Kate Dee discovered that the mirror does have magical properties.

My ideal job description would be Merlin’s
apprentice on the Camelot team. King Arthur is my once and future King and fairy gold is my natural currency. I did manage to snatch some away from my local dragon but stores have refused to accept it, so I’ve been forced to work in a
